लक्ष्य

(क)    गाँव के लोगों के बीच और लोगों के लिए न्याय, स्वतंत्रता, समानता और भाईचारा लाने के लिए सभी संबंधित गतिविधियों का दायित्ववहन।

(ख)    शैक्षणिक संस्थान, पुस्तकालय आदि की स्थापना और ऐसे कार्यों में मदद।

(ग)    मजबूत स्वप्रबंधन युक्त सरजमीनी संस्थानों और समूहों के सशक्तिकरण और प्रोत्साहन के द्वारा ग्रामीण लोगों के जीवन में योगदान।

(घ)    विभिन्न ग्रामीण विकास योजनाओं के बीच समन्वयन।

(ङ)    सामुदायिक सहभागिता के द्वारा सामाजिक गतिशीलता और व्यवस्था निर्माण के द्वारा गाँव के लोगों के सशक्तिकरण के लिए रणनीति और उपागम का विकास।

(च)    समग्र सामाजिक प्रगति और आजीविका विकास के द्वारा वंचित वर्गों और महिलाओं के लिए सामाजिक और प्रौद्योगिकीय मार्गनिर्देश देते हुए मदद और सेवा संरचना का निर्माण।

(छ)    डीएनएम उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, टेंगराहा, मधेपुरा, बिहार का प्रबंधन और देखभाल।

(ज)    गाँव के लोगों के सहभागी सामाजिक और आर्थिक विकास के लिए मॉडल की स्थापना।

(झ)    गाँव में सरकारी और गैर-सरकारी स्वास्थ्य डिलिवरी प्रणाली को मजबूत करने में मदद।

(ञ)    लैंगिक और जातीय असमानता और शोषण को खत्म करने की दिशा में अधिक ध्यान।

(ट)    गाँव के लोगों के उत्थान के लिए सूचना और संचार प्रौद्योगिकी, वरीय रूप से फ्री और ओपन सोर्स सॉफ्टवेयर, इसके दृष्टिकोण और पद्धति, का उपयोग।

 

Objectives

(a)    To undertake all relevant activities for bring in Justice, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity among and for the people of the village.

(b)    To help and to establish educational institutions, libraries etc.

(c)    To contribute to the lives of the village people through empowerment and fostering strong self managed grass root institutions and groups of the village.

(d)   To bring in convergence among various villages related development plans and schemes.

(e)    To evolve strategies and approaches for the empowerment of the people of the village through social mobilization and institution building for community participation.

(f)     To build support and service structures for providing social and technical guidance to the deprived class/persons and women in their overall social progress and livelihood development.

(g)      To run and maintain D.N.M. Higher Secondary School, Tengraha Madhepura.

(h)     To establish models for participatory social and economic development of the masses of the village.

(i)     To help strengthen government and non-government health delivery system in the village.

(j)     To concentrate more on to remove gender & caste inequality and exploitations.

(k)     To use information and communication technology, preferably, free and open source software, its approach and method, extensively for the upliftment of the village.
